Work up to a heavy complex of: 1 Power Snatch + 1 Squat Snatch

R: Back Squat (6-6-6)

R: Snatch Grip Deadlift (2-2-2)

R: Metcon (Time)

15 Legless Rope Climbs for time

R: The Chief (AMRAP – Rounds)

Max rounds in 3 minutes of:

3 Power Cleans, 135#

6 Push-ups

9 Squats

Rest 1-minute.

Repeat for a total of 5 cycles

O: 1 Power Snatch + 1 Squat Snatch
