Warm-up

400 m Run

10 PVC pass throughs

30 PVC overhead squats

Overhead Squat (2-2-2-2-2)

3 sec. Pause in the Bottom weights will be in between 75-90%

if you hit a new PR great

Open : Metcon (Time)

2 RFT:

20 Pull ups

30 Push ups

40 Situps

50 Lunges
